Since custom dancewear is personalized, we have the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read and understand them before placing your order.
1. Nature of Custom Products
- All dancewear is custom-made based on the dimensions, design requirements, or specific requests provided by the customer.
- Due to the unique nature of custom products and their inability to be resold, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related issues.
2. Handling Quality Issues
If the product you receive has any of the following issues, you may contact Permino Design to request a return or refund:
- Obvious quality defects: Such as torn fabric, severe stitching flaws, or significant color discrepancies from the confirmed sample.
- Sizing errors: If the garment cannot be worn due to our failure to follow the accurate measurements you provided, we will take responsibility.
Application Process:
- Take photos as evidence: Within 7 days of receiving the item, please take clear photos showing the issue and send them to our customer service email: serve@perminodesign.com.
- Issue verification: We will verify the issue within 3 business days of receiving your feedback.

Solutions:
- If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we can offer free alterations, remaking, or a partial refund.
- If the issue cannot be resolved and affects usability, a full refund can be negotiated.
3. Non-Quality Related Issues
For the following situations, returns or refunds will not be accepted:
- Dissatisfaction caused by the customer’s own reasons (e.g., style, color, or sizing choices).
- Inaccurate size data provided by the customer or failure to submit detailed information as required.
4. Order Cancellation
- If you need to cancel your order before production begins, please contact the Permino Design customer service team as soon as possible. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
- If a deposit has been paid, cancellation after production begins will incur a deduction of relevant costs.
5. Refund Method and Timeline
- After both parties confirm that the refund conditions are met, we will process the refund within 7-15 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (such as a credit card, PayPal, etc.).
6. Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any discrepancies in the final product caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., measurements or design drafts).
- Due to differences in monitor settings, there may be slight variations between the actual product color and what is displayed on your screen. This does not constitute a quality issue.
